It was 2008: a year when the world was beginning to change rapidly. There was a new dawn in the scooter-world: creativity and imagination along with a worldwide drive for new purpose. And yet, scooters were still very traditional, very conventional, conforming to some sort of rulebook: We believed that there had to be a better way.
So PLC ditched the rulebook, cut a new path and forged a new way. From our little workshop we set about revolutionising scooters for the better.
From day one we worked on pioneering materials, ergonomics and technology.

We worked with composites, aluminium and carbon-fibre manufacturing while everybody else out there stuck with steel.
PLC made incredible products that reinvented racing and created award-winning scooters that helped push people further.
